Large-diameter high-speed rock drilling system "PRD-ROSE method"
A system and construction that can be optimized according to site conditions using down-the-hole drilling!
The "PRD-ROSE Method" is a group of open-end down-the-hole hammer drilling technologies that allows for the selection of methods tailored to various construction conditions such as diverse terrain, soil types, and excavation diameters. With a crane-suspended construction style, it can flexibly accommodate the distance and elevation differences between heavy machinery scaffolding and the center of the pile, while also minimizing the installation area of the heavy machinery scaffolding. Thanks to a variety of drilling techniques, including large-diameter low-vibration and low-noise drilling with CD (Cluster Drill) type hammers for hard rock formations, rapid construction is achieved under diverse site conditions. 【SINGLE TYPE Features】 ■ Standard type for open excavation ■ Suitable for stable ground with stable borehole walls ■ Capable of large-diameter drilling up to 1,830mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
